The Roma hotel is situated in the
beautiful square of S. Maria
Novella and is within walking
distance of the historically
important monuments. This first
class traditional five-story
hotel is set in a building that
dates back to 1790. The public
areas have been redecorated in a
very tasteful Florentine style
with stained lead-glass windows,
ornate ceilings and cornices and
an abundance of natural wood as
well as beautiful marble floors.
The hotel re-opened in 1988 after
extensive renovations. All the 51
rooms are sound proofed and have
modern amenities including color
