Reservations
and Payments
|
|
A
deposit of $100 per person (unless
otherwise indicated) must be paid at
the time of confirmation of booking.
The deposit is part of your final
payment, which is due no less than 45
days prior to departure (unless
otherwise indicated). Should full
payment not be received by this date we
reserve the right to cancel the booking
and issue cancellation charges as shown
below. When a booking is made within 45
days of departure, full payment should
be sent with the Booking
Form. Additional deposit
requirements for air tickets or other
services will be confirmed at the time
of reservation.

Taxes
|
|
The
cost of the tour includes U.S.
departure taxes, government and local
taxes.
|
|
Insurance
|
|
In
the interest of all member of the
group, insurance is strongly suggested.
|
|
Cancellations
and Refunds
|
|
All
cancellations must be in writing, via fax or mail. Prior to 45 days, there
will be an administrative fee of $ 50. All Escorted Tours have a 100% non
refundable deposit. Within 45 days prior to departure, received in
writing, the following penalties will apply:
45-31
days:
20 % of total booking price (minimum $
200 pp)
30-16
days:
30 % of total booking price (minimum $
300 pp)
15-08
days:
50 % of total booking price (minimum $
500 pp)
7
days or less: 100% of package
Refunds:
All
claims and refund have to be
presented in writing to
Freedom Tour no later than 3
weeks after returning from
the land package. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing and
include any unused documents with correspondence.

Airline
Cancellations Fees
|
|
After
the ticket is issued a cancellation fee of at least $200 (up to the ticket cost) will be imposed by the airline. |
|
Revision
Fees
|
|
No
revision fee up to 45 days before departure. A $100 per
booking will be required after full payment has been
received and/or documents have been processed. Additional
fees for air, car, rail, selected sightseeing and other
products may apply and will be advised at the time of
revision. A change fee is always applied for
Escorted Tours. |
|
Refunds
for Unused Portions
|
|
No
refunds will be made for services not
taken.
|
|
Not
Included
|
|
Expenses
and items not mentioned at time of
booking are not covered including but
not limited to: passports, meals other
than stated in the itineraries, laundry
and pressing service, items of personal
nature, porterage and transportation
from hometown to airports. The gratuity
to coach drivers and local guides |

Responsibility
|
|
The
responsibility of Freedom Tour is
limited. Services provided in
connection with our itineraries are
rendered by suppliers acting as
independent contractors and not as
agents or employees of Freedom Tour. In
accepting these services you agree that
Freedom Tour shall not be liable for
any injury, death, loss, damage or
delay in any circumstance. Freedom Tour
acts only as an agent for services
provided. The airlines involved are not
responsible for any act, omission or
event during the time you are on board
the aircraft. The passenger contract
used by the airlines, when issued,
constitutes the sole contract between
you and the airlines. Anyone not
utilizing pre-arranged transportation
is responsible for the cost of any
substitute transportation. No changes
in the itineraries are expected, but we
reserve the right to make them if
necessary. Because of unforeseen
changes in the transportation schedule,
the land portion of the tour may be
occasionally extended or curtailed.
Freedom Tour cannot be responsible for
changes in the itinerary. The number of
days indicated in the itinerary starts
with the day of scheduled departure and
ends with the scheduled return arrival
day, irrespective of the hour of
departure or return, and may vary due
to transportation schedule changes.
Freedom Tour reserves the right to
accept or to retain anyone as a
passenger on the trip, or to cancel the
trip. After refunding all partial or
full payments, Freedom Tour has no
obligation to passengers on cancelled
trips. Unused portions of the itinerary
are not refundable. Full or partial
payment for reservation, constitutes an
agreement to all the provisions and
conditions on the part of the
passenger, all land and air costs and
conditions and thereof are those in
effect on January 1, 2012 and they are
subject to changes at any time. Dates
and schedule subject to changes. |
