I have read and agree to the Freedom Tour rates and charges and all applicable Terms & Conditions, which follows. A $50 fee will be retained for any cancellation made. All Escorted Tours have a 100% non refundable deposit. Within 45 days prior to departure, received in writing, the following penalties will apply: 45-31 days 20% of booking, minimum $ 200 per person. 31-16 days 30% of booking, minimum $300 per person. 15-8 days 50% of booking, minimum $500 per person. 7 days or less 100% of booking.

Airline tickets are not refundable, once issued. No refund for unused services while on tour. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. All claims and refund have to be presented in writing to Freedom Tour no later than 3 weeks after returning from the land package.
