1: ARRIVAL - BOLOGNA (ON) (D)
Meet
at arrival in Bologna airport or train station. Private transfer to hotel.

2: BOLOGNA (ON) (B)
Morning
Bologna sightseeing includes the historic centre with important Medieval,
Renaissance and Baroque artistic monuments as well as many noteworthy
churches including the Basilica of San Petronio, one of the largest in the

Day
3: PARMASAN CHEESE & PARMA HAM - BOLOGNA (B)
No
cheese is as famous or as vital to Italy’s cuisine as Parmigiano. Parma
ham owes its excellence to techniques perfected over the years and in which
it is cured. Full day Parma tour includes two factory visits to learn
cheese and ham making techniques as well as the YUMMY tasting sessions. Starhotel

Day
4: MODENA – BOLOGNA (ON) (B)
Town
of Modena, birthplace of famous tenor, Luciano Pavarotti, in Emilia
Romagna region is where true balsamic vinegar comes from. Full day tour
of the city includes a visit to Acetaia vinegar factory, to learn the
whole process. Starhotel Excelsior or similar.
Day
5: FERRARI FACTORY - PERUGIA (ON) (B,D))
For
most of Italians Modena means fast cars as Ferrari and Maserati have
factories there. Visit to Ferrari factory, founded by Enzo Ferrari in
1945, en route to Perugia, a
university town filled by international students. Hotel La Rosetta or
similar.
Day
6: PERUGIA (ON) (B)
Visit
of the factory of chocolate Perugina/Nestlé near Perugia. You will see
the production of the chocolate, visit the museum and taste the typical product
of Perugia who welcome the Eurochocolate festival. In the afternoon visit
of Perugia historic center with its 5 quarters closed-in by its Etruscan
town walls. Entering the city via Porta San Pietro, you will reach the
basilica of St. Dominic , Piazza del Sopramuro, where is located the 15th
century Palace of the Old University. In one of the most important
squares, you will see the Priors’ Palace, the Cathedral and the Majour Fountain.

7 – PERUGIA/BOLOGNA OR FLORENCE AIRPORT (B)
Buffet
breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Bologna or Florence airport for
your trip home.
