These apartments are quietly positioned 2 km from Palekastro, in an olive grove of 6000sqm. A new pool has been built in 2003. The apartments are arranged within two separate houses with each containing three apartments. Each apartment is reached by a small stairway and is suitable for 2-4 people.  The apartments each have a living/dining room with two built in sofa beds, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with two cooking rings, one bedroom with a double or twin beds and bath or shower/WC. A large balcony is situated to the front of each apartment and a smaller one to the rear. One can enjoy really glorious views over the olive groves and out to sea. The apartments are well maintained and have been furnished with loving care in a traditional style. Air conditioning is available at an extra local charge.

The nearest sand/pebble beach is only 100m away and has the benefit of welcome shade from a fringe of trees. Also nearby is a picturesque little harbour where the local fishing boats are moored. Tavernas are located 50 and 150m away and the mini-market at a distance of 150m. A parking area is situated next to the apartments. Christina-Voula apartments offer a quiet haven for those wishing to relax in unspoilt countryside and for families who like their children to have plenty of space to play freely.

Diktyna House** (Chiona/Palekastro) 2 Apartments

In a peaceful rural setting, roughly midway between the village of Palekastro and the beach at Chiona, this little house sits swathed in greenery and bougainvillaea, in richly fragrant gardens and grounds of 5000 sqm. The house is divided into two apartments with the owners living quietly above on top floor.

The ground floor apartment comfortable accommodates 4-5 people, comprising of two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with bunk beds  and a single bed, while there is extra sleeping space for a child in the living room. The living area opens to the homely kitchen with a fireplace, quaint wooden furniture, TV, and central heating for cooler times. Further there is a shower/wc, and a large terrace. Hot water is heated by solar energy.

Most guests like to make use of the stone built barbecue in the garden which sits close to the terrace, while the very pleasant owner, Stelios, is always generous with his home-grown fruit and vegetables.

Diktyna is about 600 metres from Chiona Beach with its three excellent tavernas and 1800 metres from the village of Palekastro where shops, tavernas, cafes and some nightlife can be found. A car is recommended.

Dretaki Villas**+ (Kouremenos/Palekastro) 3 Villas

For those who seek tranquillity and relaxation, the position of these three traditionally styled villas, with spectacular sea views over the long sandy beach of Kouremenos, may seem perfect. The three villas are built on a slope of a hill, in 9000 sqm grounds, and sit approximately 50-70 metres apart, with private patios. The water is heated by solar energy.

Vigla Houses are situated on Vigla Hill, the name means “viewpoint”, which in earlier times was a look out point to warn of approaching enemies. From here you can see all away across to far away Palekastro, some 3 km in the distance. There are spectacularly wide ranging views over the magnificent coastline, with its inlets and coves. The villas are set in 8000 sqm grounds surrounded by pretty gardens and olive trees.

Each house is comprised of two apartments, approx. 50 sqm in size, suitable for 4-5 people, and has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, a living/dining area, and a sofa bed. This complex is quietly situated next to the long beach of Kouremenos. It is set in grounds of 3800sqm, amidst olive trees and enjoys a pretty view to the sea. The apartments consist of the following types:
