The
attractive apartment complex of Oceanides is situated 2,6 km east of Sitia, set in lovely gardens. The complex is made up of two detached
buildings with the following types of apartment:
A:
Four apartments for 2-4 people (38sqm) with one bedroom with a double sofa
bed, living room with two single sofa beds, separate kitchen, shower/WC
and veranda with views over the gardens to the sea.
B:
Four apartments for 4-5 people (48sqm) with two bedrooms, one with a
double bed and one with twin beds, an open plan living room/kitchen with a
sofa bed, shower/WC and a veranda with views over the gardens to the sea.
Facilities
include a sea water swimming pool and
a children’s play area. The apartments are only 200m from the seashore and
about 900m from the sandy beach. The nearest taverna is 400m away and a
large selection of shops, tavernas, and night life can be found in the
attractive town of Sitia. Car hire is recommended.

apartments are at the end of the harbour area, about 200 metres from the
 centre of Sitia and right where its beautiful beach begins, a stroll of 20
metres distance. In the evenings the street in front of the apartments
becomes a pedestrian zone. The ground floor houses the travel agency
office of our local representative and on the floors above accommodation,
which we detail below.
A: Four rooms, each approximately 19 sqm, for 2-3 people with single beds, private shower/wc and balcony with
local garden views.
B: Two studios, each approximately 19 sqm, for 2-3 people, living/bedroom (with double bed or twin beds),
kitchenette, shower/wc, and balcony with sea views.
C: Two apartments, each approximately 30 sqm, for 2-4 people, one bedroom, with double bed or twin beds, living room
with sofa beds for 2 people, kitchenette, shower/wc, and balcony with sea
or mountain views. There are plenty of shops and tavernas to be found
nearby in strolling distance.
