by a pretty colourful garden. Two apartments and a studio are situated on
the ground floor, having verandas with a view of the
swimming pool. Two
apartments and two studios are on the first floor, having balconies
affording sea views and a distant view over the historic city of Rethymno.
The owner occupies an apartment on the second floor. There is the
following choice of accommodation:
A:
Three studios for 2 people,
comprising of one living/bedroom with twin beds, kitchenette, shower/wc
and balcony or terrace.
B: Three apartments for 3-4 people,
comprising of one bedroom with double bed, living room with extra bed and
a sofa bed suitable for a small child, kitchenette, shower/wc and balcony
or veranda.
C: One apartment for 4-6 people,
on the ground floor , comprising of
two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, living
area with a sofa bed and single bed, kitchen, shower/wc and veranda.
Facilities
include a swimming pool with a small bar. Tavernas, shops, mini market and
cafes can be found in the village, 600 metres away. The centre of Rethymno
is 2,5 km away, offering a wider variety of amenities. A car is
recommended.
