newly built pretty hotel is very quietly situated at the end of a cul de
sac in the middle of the village of Paleochora, on the delightful south
coast of Crete. The hotel is a mere 100 metres away from the beautiful
sandy beach of Pahia Ammos and has 13 modern comfortable rooms
attractively furnished in wood. At the entrance there is a large reception
area with a sitting area, a TV and a bar. The bright breakfast room is
delightfully located in a Conservatory with wooden beamed ceiling. The
rooms are suitable for either 2 or 3 people, each having twin beds (some of which have an extra
bed), a telephone, radio, shower/wc and a balcony with mountain views. Air
conditioning, a safety deposit box, and a mini bar are available in the
rooms, at an extra charge. A large variety of shops and tavernas are
nearby, and the hotel has a good sized parking area lined with trees. This
small pristine well-maintained hotel is ideal for guests who are looking
for a pleasant homely atmosphere and a central location.

This
small attractive hotel close to the sea has a comfortable family
atmosphere and is situated in a quiet area of the old village of Paleochora. The hotel, built in 1988, and run by the family owners,
comprises of two buildings each set within gardens. A five-minute walk
will take you to the center of the village and it is a ten-minute walk to
the long sandy beach. There are 25
rooms, of 13 or 17 sqm in size, for 2
to 3 people, which are pleasantly furnished in pine, each having a shower/wc, telephone, radio and balcony or terrace. Air conditioning is
available in all of the hotel rooms at an extra charge. There is a bar and
lounge on the ground floor and the sun terrace offers a delightful setting
for breakfast.

These
tastefully decorated, modern comfortable studios and apartments are
ideally situated for the beach, as the finest and largest sandy beach in
Paleochora , called Pahia Ammos, is a mere 50 metres away across the small
coastal road. Nearby are the post office and the village primary school,
while a variety of tavernas, shops, and the open air cinema are all within
walking distance.
The
building is comprised of 12 studios and 3 apartments, all with prettily
coordinated curtains and upholstery. The studios are on the ground floor
and first floor while the 3 apartments are all on the second or top floor.

terrace or balcony.
B:
Apartments
suitable for between 2-5 people. Each
apartment has one twin bedded bedroom, a living/dining area with two sofa
beds (one which forms two single beds and one which makes a single bed),
modern kitchenette with filter coffee machine, two cooking rings and
fridge. The blue and white bathrooms have a hip bath, a shower fitting and
wc. Two of the apartments have quite spacious balconies, one with
restricted views to the sea and one with mountain views, while the third
apartment has 2 smaller balconies offering views on two sides of the
house.

These
pleasant apartments are very conveniently situated about 50 metres from
the beautiful sandy beach of Paleochora, and within easy walking
distance to a wide range of amenities in this lovely laid-back village.
A supermarket, post office, café, snack bar and a taverna, as
well as a playground, can be found within approx. 150 metres and there
is a small car park next to the apartments. The “high street” of
Paleochora and its seaside promenade, with a wide choice of tavernas,
cafes, and fish restaurant, turns into a pedestrian zone in the
evenings.
The
apartments and studios are simply but comfortably furnished; the
2-storey house has tall shady trees around it, a magnificent
bougainvillea, palm trees and flowerbeds. There are benches in the paved
front garden, and there is an outdoor shower. The owner lives on site,
in an apartment on the ground floor, and is happy to assist the guests.
A:
Seven
studios suitable for 2-3 people (approx. 20-25 sqm). Each has a living/bedroom with
either twin beds or a double bed (and in some cases an extra bed), a
kitchenette, shower/wc and patio or balcony. The four studios on the
ground floor have the benefit of air conditioning (at an extra local
charge).

people (approx. 30 sqm). Each has one twin bedroom, dining/living
