These well-maintained attractive villas and apartments are peacefully set on a hillside, within large ground of 7000sqm, sloping down to the shores of the Mirabello Gulf, in the area of Ammoudara, 6 km outside Agios Nikolaos. They all have absolutely superb far ranging views, of the sea all the way to Agios Nikolaos, and of the impressive mountain range beyond. A: Two semi detached villas (67sqm) which are each suitable for 4-5 people. The villas have one double bedroom and one twin bedroom (with traditional stone built-in beds so typical of the region), an open plan sitting room with a sofa, kitchen, shower/WC or bath/WC, and a terrace with a clear view to the pool and beyond to the sea.

B: Spacious apartments (70-90sqm) within two buildings, which are suitable for 4-5 people, each with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, (with traditional stone built-in beds) an open plan kitchen and a sitting room with a sofa, shower/WC or bath/WC, and a large terrace with clear views of the pool and the sea beyond.

Facilities include a sea water swimming pool, a children’s play area, a beautiful sun terrace which has an open air bar and taverna, and a little grocery shop. The apartments are owned and cared for by a genuine, welcoming and friendly Cretan family, who also prepare the really delicious food served in the taverna. The nearest sandy beaches are situated about 1,8 km away, 10 minutes by car, which is also where a larger variety of shops and tavernas can be found.

Around about, there are many little footpaths for those keen explorers, and there are nearby archeological sites to visit by car. Naturally with such a tranquil and glorious setting, one may simply prefer to just while away the hours around the pool or in the delightful gardens of the apartments. Car hire is recommended.
