This new (1997), well maintained complex, is situated near to the village of Georgioupolis, and is only 100 metres from the beach. These two, impressive buildings are set in a garden of 2500 sqm. There is a reception area and a lounge on the ground floor. All of the apartments are pleasantly furnished and are equipped with telephone, radio, and air conditioning and a safety deposit box, with an extra charge. The verandas offer views to the surrounding mountains and the sea. There are two sizes of apartments to choose from, as follow:

A: Eighteen studios (25 sqm) for 2-3 people, comprising of one bed/living room with twin beds and a sofa bed, kitchenette, shower/wc and a large veranda. Ten studios are on the ground floor and eight on the first floor.

B: Eleven apartments (35 sqm) for 3-4 people, comprising of one bedroom with twin beds or a double bed, and a sofa bed, living/dining area with a further sofa bed, kitchenette, shower/wc and a large veranda. Six of the apartments are on the ground floor and five are on the first floor.

Shops, tavernas and mini markets are all within a 100 metres distance. A bus stop is situated nearby offering a regular service to Chania and Rethimno.

Linen and towels are changed twice a week and cleaning six times a week.
