This small family run hotel center, offers a peaceful rural Cretan atmosphere in a traditional and wholesome setting. The hotel center has 12 double rooms, all ensuite, each with radio, telephone, central heating, shower/WC, and a veranda. There is a large swimming pool, 200sqm in size, a restaurant and a meeting or conference room. The generous sized restaurant has a fireplace, and serves breakfast buffet style, with lunch and dinner a la Carte. Vegetables come fresh from the large kitchen garden and the food served in the restaurant is traditional, healthy and home grown. The Hotel Center is beautifully positioned deep in the mountains about 20 km southwest of the town of Rethymno, and as such lies approximately 16 km from the Aegean Sea to the north and 16 km from the Libyan Sea to the south. It is an ideal position for walking, and hiking for fresh clean mountain air and tumbling mountain streams, and above all the relaxing and healthy experience of Mediterranean island life. A car is essential if you wish to leave the immediate area during your stay.

Mountain Vista Apartments*** (Moudros/Rethymnon) 1 Studio & 4 Apartments

In addition, at some 50 metres from the Mountain Vista Hotel, there are four apartments and one studio, wonderfully positioned and surrounded by cypress-, oak- and olive trees. These semi-detached stone cottages are built and furnished in the more traditional style with much attention for details. Each apartment has a satellite TV, safe, air conditioning (at an extra charge), and a veranda with a beautiful view of the trees all around.        

A: One studio suitable for 2-3 people, comprising of a living/bedroom with a double bed, one sofa bed, open fire place, kitchenette with gas cooker and dining table, and a shower/WC.

B: Four apartments suitable for 2-4 people, comprising of a living/bedroom with one sofa bed, open fire place, a breakfast bar, and a kitchenette with gas cooker and dining table. Further there is a separate bedroom with three single beds, a stone dressing table, and a shower/WC.
