This house with its five, simply furnished apartments, is situated 14 km north-east of Chania, in the village of Stavros. This village is located at the end of the Akrotiri Peninsula and is famous as the location for the film “Zorba the Greek”. Rosa’s House is ideal for families seeking a very simple haven, far from the bustle of the busy tourist resorts. The nearby little harbor of Stavros and the surrounding countryside, will delight all visitors. There are the following types of apartment to choose from:

A: Four maisonettes for 4-5 people, each with a kitchen and living/dining room on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with twin beds (and a camp bed for a fifth person), shower/wc and two balconies with patio furniture.

B: One apartment for 4-5 people, with two bedrooms, (one with double bed and one with bunk beds, and one camp bed), living/dining room, a large, well equipped kitchen, bathroom/wc and balcony with patio furniture.

The beautiful sandy beach lies 700 metres from Rosa and shallow water offers ideal swimming for children. A small garden is situated behind the house, and in front of the house there is a 50 sqm swimming pool. It is 150 metres to the nearest taverna while more tavernas and shops can be found in the village of Stavros, 700 metres away. There is a local bus service to Chania, but car hire is recommended.
