The Minos Village apartments are located on a side street, in the beach resort of Agia Marina, approximately 10 km away from the town of Chania. They are ideally positioned, near to amenities and close to the beach. The three storey building is attractively decorated in the typical style of the Aegean islands, with white washed walls, and deep blue or green doors. There are pretty gardens, a garden shower, sun beds, and a large swimming pool (120 sqm) with a shallow end of children. Facilities at the complex include, a reception, lounge with TV, café, mini market, and car parking. All studios and apartments have air conditioning and a safety deposit box, both of which are offered at a separate local charge. Please note that although the interiors are not specifically designed with the disabled in mind, that there is wheelchair access to either a ground floor studio or an apartment.

There are two types of apartments to choose from as follows:

A: Fifteen studios for 2-3 people with a bed/living room (twin beds or twin beds plus a sofa bed) kitchenette, shower/wc, telephone, radio and balcony or a terrace.

B: Twenty apartments for 2-4 people, with a twin bedroom, a living room with two sofa beds, dinning table, kitchenette, shower/wc, telephone, radio and balcony or terrace.

The wonderful long stretch of sandy beach lies a short walk of approximately 150 metres away. Sun beds and umbrellas are available on the beach at an extra charge. There are also a variety of water sports on offer. Tavernas, shops and entertainment can be found nearby. A bus stop with a regular service to the town of Chania can be found at a distance of approximately 150 metres.
