These pristine modern apartments with swimming pool are situated 15 km from Chania, near to the village of Stavros. They are set in a well-maintained building, and very pretty landscaped gardens, 500 metres from the seashore and 1,5 km from the sandy beach of Stavros. All of the apartments are airy and spacious and are tastefully decorated in a comfortable well-equipped style. The complex comprises of fourteen apartments of the following types:

A: Four studios for 2-3 people with bed/living room, kitchenette, shower/WC and balcony or terrace.

B: Seven apartments for 2-4 people with one bedroom, living/dining area with either one sofa bed or two extra beds, kitchenette, shower/WC and balcony or terrace.

C: Two apartments for 4-6 people with two bedrooms, kitchenette, living/dining area with either a sofa bed or two extra beds, shower/WC and balcony or terrace.

D: One apartment for 6-7 people with three bedrooms, living/dining area with sofa bed, kitchenette, two shower/WC and balcony or terrace.

 Facilities include a swimming pool, a pool bar, a beautiful stone tiled barbecue area, breakfast room (breakfast is not included), modern reception area and a small pleasantly decorated lounge with television. Most of the apartments offer sea views and all of the apartments are supplied with air conditioning (local charge), microwave oven, radio, telephone, electric kettle and toaster. Provision has been made in two of the ground floor studios, for clients with wheel chairs. A local bus service to Chania is available and tavernas and mini market are located 1 km away. Car hire is recommended.
